EVA Stacked Heel
The characteristics and function of EVA stacked heels are very similar to the EVA mid-soles and heel bases: they are stable and light. The major difference lies in that the production of EVA stacked heels require much more time and work than the one of EVA mid-soles and heel bases. In order to give the effect of layers, Dr. Sole glues the thin EVA sheets together with hot-melt adhesive layer by layer and then shapes the glued EVA sheets into heels. This product is highly used and recommended by Japanese footwear brands.
